Founder
Mr. Jayanti Patel, a Civil Engineer with distinction from Gujarat-India, founded SHASHIN CONSTRUCTION CO. in 1994 as a partnership firm. Mr. Patel with his tremendous engineering skills and vision has single handedly taken the company to new heights. He has successfully completed the works in the stipulated time limit. Mr. Patel with his professional skills, sound confidence and rich experience of nearly three decades of serving the various Government Departments associated with Infrastructure Development has been an Asset to the Company. Mr. Patel also has a vast experience in the field of Real Estate Buildings.
 
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Shashin Patel, a graduate in Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering with distinction from the renowned NIRMA UNIVERSITY, India and Masters in Business Administration from the reputed FLORIDA INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY, U.S.A is currently acting as a Chief Executive Officer in SHASHIN CONSTRUCTION CO. Mr. Shashin with his technical knowledge as well as managerial skills is proving to be a tremendous support and motivational force to the company. Having an International exposure, he has a fore sighted vision and thinking ability far apart then his counterparts. Mr. Shashin has a practical professional experience of a year working on field site. He has also worked part time at various construction sites in India and has been able to supervise the projects. Mr. Shashin has participated in many academic and sports events held at various levels in India. With the advanced technical knowledge and managerial skills he is confident and is determined and capable to handle major projects. Mr. Shashin is the guiding force behind planning to diversify the business in the metal buildings or pre-engineered buildings.
 
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Bhavesh Patel a graduate in Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from the reputed RMCET, MUMBAI UNIVERSITY and Masters in Computer Science from the well-known DOMINICAN UNIVERSITY, U.S.A is acting as a Chief Operating Officer in our company. Mr. Bhavesh has 4 years of professional experience working abroad (U.S.A., Ireland) in a well-known I.T firm Applus Technologies and has been involved in various domestic and international projects. He also has 4 years of technical and managerial experience in the execution of government infrastructure work and field of building construction in India. With his rich professional experience of working at an International Level is turning out to be an added advantage to the company.
 
The company has established its name in the construction industry by providing excellent quality work and satisfactorily completing the work in the stipulated time limit. The company has undertaken several projects under State and Central Government through Sardar Sarovar Narmada Nigam Limited, Irrigation Department of Gujarat, Gujarat Water Resources Development Corporation, Ahmedabad Urban Development Authority, Western Railway. 

The Company is operating across the states within India. Company has also developed the capacity to diversify in other businesses.
